DROP-OFF & PICK-UP
Curbside Hours are 7:30-8:00 AM and 9:00-9:30 AM
Step 1: Complete the Health Screening Form (prior to drop-off)
Step 2: Pull up to Drop-Off Zone, where a staff member will check that we've received your Health Screening Form, take your child's temperature, and perform a visual health screening.
Step 3: Camper will be directed to Cabin, where they will be signed in by their Cabin Teacher.
If you have not completed the health screening, please park and complete it before pulling up to the Drop-Off Zone.
If you arrive outside hours listed above please call (650) 409-5662 to be assisted with check-in.
If your camper has a fever of 100.4 degrees or above and does not pass the health screenings, your camper will not be permitted to attend camp for a minimum of 72-hours.
Step 1: Park your car and walk to your child's cabin.
Step 2: Scan the QR code posted on the outside of your camper’s cabin to sign them out.
Step 3: Knock on cabin door, if closed or announce your arrival.
If your camper’s group is outside, it will be posted on the door. Please call the camp number at (650) 409-5662 or the number posted on the door and your camper will be sent up to you.
All campers who have not been picked up 5 minutes prior to the end of their schedule (3:55 or 5:25) will collect their items and walk with their teacher to be picked up near the Drop-Off Zone.
You are required to wear a mask at all times when on the Meadows Elementary School Campus.
Current regulations do not allow for late pickups. If you are experiencing a true emergency that does not allow you or an authorized adult to pick up your camper on time, you must notify us as soon as possible. Your camper will likely be in the care of an adult other than their Cabin Teacher.
We will make changes to Drop-Off and Pick-Up procedures as needed.
