The Teen Leader Program is a unique opportunity for youth (entering grades 8-12) to learn leadership and life skills while working with children in a summer camp setting. Teen leaders are paired with experienced staff and will learn responsibility, problem solving, and effective communication while helping to create a fun summer experience for the campers.

Teen leader positions are reserved for individuals who show leadership potential and have a desire to excel in the Camp Happy Hall setting. This is demonstrated through the application, interview, and previous experience at Camp Happy Hall (if applicable).

• Please review the details of our Teen Leader Program before filling out this application.

• All Teen Leaders are expected to commit to a minimum of one full week of camp from 9:00 AM–4:00 PM. Please do not apply if you cannot make this time commitment.

• After we review your application, we will contact you to set up a group interview which takes approximately one hour and includes an overview of our Program. If you are accepted, you and your parent will be notified by email to register.

• All information below should be completed by the teen leader applicant.
