Camp Happy Hall meets and exceeds the state standards for operating a child care program. Licensing covers standards such as health and safety, teacher to child ratios, group size, food prep, sanitation, emergency preparedness plans, and background checks for staff.

Camp Happy Hall directors have worked with children of all ages for over 20 years. Our staff promote an inclusive and caring environment that supports social and emotional growth. All year-round staff is CPR & First Aid Certified and participate in year-round training.

Our staff is made up of childcare professionals who know how to facilitate healthy social interactions that lead to lasting friendships. We create a culture where children are honored, empowered, and feel safe. We do this by practicing our Camp Life Skills: Caring, Patience, Cooperation, Flexibility, Effort, and Responsibility.

Camp Happy Hall offers 40 unique workshops, exploring topics such as Life Science, Gardening, Sportsmanship, Dance, Team Building, Engineering, Music, Sculpting and more.

Campers venture out into the community on exciting field trips that serve as an extension of the week’s learning themes and lessons. Field trips include Memorial Park, Exploratorium, Junipero Serra Park, USS Hornet, and more! Choose a camp to learn more.

We have exclusive use of the Meadows Swim Club during Weeks 3, 6, 9, & 10. Enjoy the heated full-size pool or wading pool. For campers who do not wish to swim, they can take part in variety of poolside activities, such as volleyball court, tether ball court, basketball court, ping pong, games, crafts, and more!

Campers’ hard work and achievements are rewarded special presentations and challenging activities that utilize newly mastered skills. Funtastic Fridays offer a balance of structure and spontaneity and all activities are focused on the camp theme. Choose a camp to learn more.

Make mornings easier and sign up for our popular Camp Happy Hall Sandwich Bar. Campers build a sandwich and choose from a variety of fruit, veggies, snacks, and beverages. All campers enjoy pizza & salad on Free-Lunch Fridays!

Every day 7 AM - 9 AM & 4 PM to 6 PM. Our AM & PM program is customized to offer a variety of engaging activities to fit each child's activity level. During this time campers have access to a variety of centers and labs!
